You're giving working animals the gift of healthy hooves!
Poorly maintained hooves don't just hurt, they can be life-threatening. You're supporting a new cohort of farriers in Africa's first farriery school, providing them with technical training on how to trim, rasp and shoe animals' hooves correctly and empathetically. At the end of their course, these aspiring farriers will receive a government-recognised qualification that will help them set up their own business - with the potential to reach thousands of working horses, donkeys and mules.
